Richard Bull – SCiF 2013

Bull_photo_SCiF 2013_smallAfter qualifying at Oxford, Richard Bull had medical training at Ipswich and Oxford followed by dermatology training at St. George’s Hospital with Allan Marsden and Peter Mortimer and at the Royal London Hospital. He has been a dermatology consultant at Homerton University Hospital and Barts Health since 1996 with particular interest in leg ulcers, chronic wounds and lymphoedema.

He is part of a multidisciplinary team including specialist tissue viability nurses, podiatrist and clinical psychologist involved in a complex wound clinic. Published work includes the value of exercise to maintain ankle range of movement and modified compression bandage technique for hard to heal ulcers.
