(a)Upon request by a member state, the commission shall attempt to resolve disputes related to the compact which arise among member states and between member and nonmember states. Registered mental health counselor intern means a person registered under this chapter who is completing the post-masters clinical experience requirement specified in s. 491.005(4)(c). A challenge must be made in writing and delivered to the chair of the commission before the end of the notice period.
