Mauney is one of only two bull riders to stay on Bushwacker for the full 8 seconds on the Built Ford Tough Series (BFTS), the elite series of the PBR, and one of three bull riders to stay on Bushwacker for the full 8 seconds during the bull's career. Later, in December, Samantha shared some pictures from the engagement which included her real reaction when Christian got down on one knee. He joined the PBR in 2006. But with other payoffs that came with her strong finish, her total earnings were more than $48,500. In one of his jokes that is also partially true, he imagines himself, years from now, stuck in bed, his body mangled from years of bull riding.
