She especially loved animals. After retiring Brent served on the Payson City Council and loved serving his community. Bill is survived by: his wife, Pat; his 6 children, KayeLynn and Kelly Neilson,Tropic; Dean and Debbie,Santaquin; Teri Wilson, Payson; Alan and Norma, Goshen; Karen Lerwill,Payson; Kelly and Holly, Geneva, Idaho; 20 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren and a sister-in-law LaVon Brook. Shortly after graduation, he joined the US Navy, where he served his country in the Korean War. He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints serving in many capacities including several Bishoprics. Burial will be in the Logandale Cemetery in Logandale, Nevada. She was active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and held many positions in the church; her favorite being the Compassionate Service Leader as she enjoyed serving others. Edgar was a son of the late Carleen and Ronald Payson (formerly of Digby Neck). In September of 1965, at the age of 45, Ona Marie returned to high school to complete the senior year to qualify for University. Mutt served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII. His life was a shining example of love and service to others, and he will be greatly missed by his family and community. In 1953 they moved to Nevada and lived 30 years in Las Vegas. He married Jan Lowry on December 17, 2004. He inspired us with his strength and ambition and we will always remember him as our Hero. He was preceded in death by; his parents, and a daughter, Tracy Ann Burdick. Gordon was a General Contractor, he worked at American Stores Property Mills, and in the Provo Temple as an ordinance worker for several years. He started at a young age working for his grandfathers lumber yard (Burdick Lumber) where he learned to love the business. She is survived by seven children (three sons and four daughters): Dale H Tanner (Lauren) of Payson, Utah; Marie Allred (Wayne) of American Fork, Utah; Lynn H Tanner (Cynthia) of Catheys Valley, California; Lynda Wilkins (Boyd) of Payson Utah; Delyla Chalker (Paul) of Mesa, Arizona; Arlen L Tanner (Patty) of Lee' Summit, Missouri; and Jeanette Webb (Jim) of Eugene, Oregon, 46 grandchildren and their spouses, 95 children who call her great grandma, six great-great grandchildren who call her grandma as well, two sisters, Vilda Erekson of Payson, Utah and Ella Vee Turner of Salt Lake Valley, and 2 daughters-in-law, Carolyn (Lyle J) Tanner Clarkson and Diane (Vern) Tanner Surtees.
