BBC Lifeline Appeal (Roald Dahl’s Childrens Charity)

Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity funds over 70 Roald Dahl Nurses. They provide the best possible healthcare for seriously ill children in the UK. We are delighted to say that Roald Dahls children’s charity has been chosen for the BBC’s festive lifeline appeal. The appeal that as been running for 25 years has supported over 300 charities and aims to highlight their work.

This month the BBC will shine a light on the work Roald Dahl nurses do to support seriously ill children and their families in the UK, by airing a short film on the BBC. This is part of the televised appeal to be broadcasted on: BBC 1 on 16th December at 1.50PM, on BBC 2 on 19th December at 1PM and on the BBC’s other digital channels.
