We are looking for patients to join the steering committee for the following research project:
An Investigation into Transfusion Therapy in Pregnant Women with Sickle Cell Disease
We are looking for adult patients who have experience of pregnancy to join the steering committee for this project. The role will involve overseeing governance of the trial and the production of patient information. You would not be joining the trial, but helping to oversee the research as part of the steering committee.
Your involvement with this project will include attending meetings (usually every two months) and looking at some paperwork between meetings. We will offer appropriate training and support throughout.

Please note: we are not looking for patients to participate in the trial at this time.
